Behind The Scenes @ FormusPro As A Sales Executive

Hello, I’m Andrew and I started with FormusPro as a Sales Executive back in July ’23.

I’m here for the same reason I’d think most people at FormusPro are… I love helping organisations streamline and improve their finance, CRM, marketing and / or manufacturing functions with all the awesome tech in the Microsoft D365 stack.

The truth is, there are so many great companies out there that employ some of the most talented people in their respective fields, all striving to make a difference.

However, I see the same issues arising time and time again.

Productivity and more importantly, creativity being stifled by business systems that are either outdated, require multiple points of duplicate data entry or lack connectivity to allow for smoother collaboration… Thankfully this is where I come in.

I’m here to be a constant point of contact for organisations looking to learn more about what Dynamics 365 can do for them.

Before joining FormusPro I worked as a Sales Professional in the Communication, Real Estate and Automotive sectors laterly managing a VIP program for sports, media and music clients (which as you can imagine was a lot of hard work but immensely fun and rewarding).

However, I’m thankfully now part of the FormusPro family, which has welcomed me and continues to find new ways to impress me on a daily basis.

I’m surrounded by incredibly technical and intelligent people who love collaborative approaches to succeeding… and it also helps they’re all excellent fun as well!

Outside of work I like to do a lot of keep-fit activities and can normally be found heading off on an adventure with my family.

Oh… I live by the coast so LOVE sea swimming… all year round! You’ve not swam in the sea till you’ve tried it on a cold a murky New Years Day. (Those with wetsuits, it doesn’t count!)

I also do a lot of running, cycling and skiing when I can and I grow a lot of my own vegetables and herbs in my garden.

I’m also pretty amazing at baking bread too, if I do say so myself. Lessons on Sourdough are available at a price!

Rounding things off, the marketing team asked me, if I could invite any three famous people, alive or dead, to a dinner party, who would I invite and why?

Tom Hanks would be the first celeb I invited, as I think he’d be an amazing guest and be full of interesting stories.

Sticking with the interesting stories theme, I think the next person I’d invite would be Charles Darwin as I’d love to hear about his voyages on the HMS Beagle.

And again, sticking with the history theme, the last dinner guest I’d invite would be Queen Elizabeth the First. What must it have been like as a female head of state way back then???
